SOLUTION: This laminated transformer is constituted with a nonmagnetic layer being sandwiched between a pair of inter-magnetic layers and a primary coil 21 is formed by connecting the inner ends of a conductor 2A and another conductor 2B to each other through a through-hole 4A.
