Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify points and time zones which may obstruct execution management using GPS by grasping the capturing state of GPS satellites beforehand. SOLUTION: There are set a means for automatically diving a construction area to meshes, a means of inputting surrounding geographical information of the construction area as three-dimensional coordinate values, a means for calculating the number of satellites to be repeatedly tracked by every calculation object time, with respect to the center of the mesh, a means of calculating the ratio of the time, when the satellites can be tracked to the calculation object time, so that meshes are displayed separately by color according to the time ratio.
