Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional base-isolation device capable of attenuating horizontal and vertical impacts of vibration applied to a building, and applicable to the building possessing a relatively long natural cycle of about 1-2 seconds. SOLUTION: A vertical base-isolation means 5 and a horizontal base-isolation means 6 are connected in series. An air spring 5a is used as the vertical base- isolation means 5, and a laminated rubber 6a is used as the horizontal base- isolation means 6. The air spring 5a interposes a rubber made diaphragm 15 in a roll-seal type between an air chamber 16 formed on a bottom base plate 2 and a moving cylinder 11 disposed thereabove vertically movably, and connects a pressure unit 17 to the air chamber.
