Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a connecting section having high strength and rigidity without using a conventional diaphragm in the beam-column connecting section, and to obtain the beam-column connecting section having excellent productivity by omitting the complete penetration welding of the diaphragm and a column and electroslag welding. SOLUTION: Tabular horizontal stiffening members 3 are installed horizontally by fillet weld or the like while being brought into contact with beam flanges 2a on the external side faces of the four sides of a steel-framed column 1 in joining sections, where steel-framed beams 2 composed of H-steel are mounted on the side faces of the steel-framed column 1 composed of a square-shaped steel pipe column and a welded built-up box-shaped sectional column, divided stiffening members 10 and 11 are combined at an interval in the horizontal stiffening members 3, the horizontal stiffening members 3 are connected by connecting materials 20 and unified, the strength and rigidity of beam-column connecting sections are ensured by a column sectional deformation constraint effect by a ring unified with the column sectional deformation constraint effect by the horizontal stiffening members 3, and the conventional diaphragm and its complete penetration welding and electroslag welding are omitted.
