Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize a series of management such as quality control, safety management, and soil quantity management and save labor. SOLUTION: An execution management system outputting the sediment distribution information, compaction region information, and terrain information in a fill yard, a sediment carry-in management system guiding a sediment conveying vehicle to the fill yard and transmitting the sediment carry-in information to the execution management system based on the sediment distribution information, a fill compaction management system calculating the travel locus and the number of times of compaction of a fill compactor with a GPS(global positioning system) and transmitting the compaction result information to the execution management system in the fill yard, and a GPS satellite acquisition state determination system determining the GPS satellite acquisition state based on the terrain information and transmitting the determination result information to the execution management system are provided. The execution management system exchanges various information with the above systems and outputs the sediment carry-in management information, the quality control information of the fill yard, and the yield management information.
