Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing (S)-2-amino-5- methoxytetralin by using 5-methoxy-2-tetralone as a starting raw material. SOLUTION: 5-Methoxy-2-tetralone is reductively aminated with ammonia in a proper solvent in the presence of a catalytic reduction catalyst to give a recemic isomer of 2-amino-5-methoxytetralin. The racemic isomer is subjected to optical resolution in a proper solvent by using a proper optically active organic acid and the optically active substance of 2-amino-5-methoxytetralin is recemized in a hydrogen atmosphere by using a catalytic reduction catalyst to give (S)-2-amino-5-methoxytetralin. |
