Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quotation/consultation system with which a business enterprise can grasp the contents of a quotation and/or a consultation from a customer via the Internet, even if the quotation and/or the consultation contains large amount of data, such as specifications. SOLUTION: This quotation/consultation system is provided with a server 51 and a database 52. The server 51 is connected to the Internet to display a personal page for the customer to the respective customers 90, and to display a page for the business enterprise to the business enterprise. The data base 52 stores customer data concerning the respective customers 90. Furthermore, the server 51 receives an estimate request and a consultation request containing specification data and/or drawing data from the customers 90 via the personal page for the customer. The server 51 shows the received estimate request or the consultation request to the corporation via the page for the corporation.
