SOLUTION: A center server 2 manages mediation between a customer A of a mediation service and member suppliers B1 and B2. The center server 2 is provided with a customer basic information database 21, a customer desire information database 22, a member reception feature 25, and a mail sending feature 26. The customer basic information database 21 stores E-mail addresses of the customers. The customer desire information database 22 stores desire information of the customers. The member reception feature 25 sends the desire information stored in the customer desire information database 22 to member terminals 41 and 42 owned by the members B1 and B2 via a communication network 5. The mail sending feature 26 receives a replay mail to the desire information of a particular customer A from the member terminals 41 and 42, it acquires an E-mail address of the customer A from the customer basic information database 21, and sends the reply mail to the E-mail address of the customer A.
