SOLUTION: This system is provided with a site memory part 33 memorizing situation items indicating plural situations and commodity type items indicating types of plural commodities, a database memory part 34 memorizing a database D1 correlating the situation items, the commodity type items and commodity properties relating to commodities, and control part 31 extracting commodity attribute fitting the situation that the consumer requires from the database D1 based on the situation items and the commodity type items.
