Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance radiographic film which exhibits visually adaptive contrast when imaged in a radiographic imaging assembly combined with an intensifying screen. SOLUTION: The radiographic film has two or more silver halide tabular grain emulsions on each face of a film support, and the emulsion closest to the film support on each face contains a material for suppressing crossover and a rhodium dopant and has photographic sensitivity of higher than that of the other emulsion. The film is rapidly processed to provide an image having visually adaptive contrast wherein upper scale contrast is >=1.7 times the lower scale contrast. The film is useful particularly to form an image for orthopedic surgery. |
