Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood treatment method and a leukocyte analysing method for efficiently condensing a minute amount of leukocytes coexisting with a great amount of erythrocytes and accurately performing leukocyte subset analysis. SOLUTION: This blood treatment agent includes saponin, ammonium salt excepting quaternary ammonium salt and excludes aliphatic aldehyde and polyhydric alcohol. Leukocyte analysis is carried out when a blood sample is reached with an antibody recognizing a specific antigen of the leukocyte subset after the blood sample is added to the blood treatment agent and erythrocyte soluble constituents are removed.
