Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating panel and its execution method capable of being easily and quickly mounted at a site. SOLUTION: Vertical and horizontal frame bodies 2 are built up and are fixed to the surface of an indoor side of a bearing wall face plate 1. A heat insulating material 4 is put in a space surrounded by the frame bodies 2, the face plate 1 and a plywood 3. A facing plywood 10 is stuck on the surface of the indoor side. The heat insulating panel sticking the facing playwood 10 thereon is inserted into a heat insulating panel mounting space surrounded by framework materials 6 to mount.
