Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure gas storage facility capable of assuring safety as to airtightness even at the occurrence of out-of-plane deformations in the outer walls of a reservoir. SOLUTION: A pressure resistant plug 16 is provided in place of backfilling concrete C on a portion of the outer walls 15 located on the same plane. A deformation mechanism 18 capable of being deformed toward the bedrock side by means of a storage pressure transmitted from a lining material 13 is provided in place of the backfilling concrete C in a certain area located around the plug 16 and making contact with the lining material 13 from the bedrock side.
