Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyurethane emulsion produced by a urethane prepolymer in which a polycarbonatediol(PCDL) and a polytetramethyleneglycol(PTMG) are used in combination as the diol component, which can provide an adhesive, a coating material, a paint, a synthetic leather and an artificial leather having particularly excellent low temperature flexibility and foldability while maintaining alkali resistance, resistance to hydrolysis, heat resistance, and the like. SOLUTION: This polyurethane emulsion comprises a reaction product of a urethane prepolymer comprising (1) an organic diisocyanate, (2) a polycarbonatediol, (3) polytetramethyleneglycol and (4) a compound having a hydrophilic center group and at least two isocyanate-reactive groups and a chain extender.
