MACHINE FOR REMOVING REVERSELY STANDING BRISTLE FOR WRITING BRUSH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for removing reversely standing bristles for a brush which can remove the reversely standing bristles only by bringing a grasp of arranged bristles of any kind including thick bristles and fine bristles into contact with the machine even by an unskilled operator and can improve work efficiency. SOLUTION: Cutters 8 are arranged to overlap each other at constant intervals through spacers and rotated, with plow tooth-shaped blades formed by blade edges, by a motor as a driving source. When a grasp of the arranged bristles are protruded into the rotational loci of the cutters 8, the bristles are scooped by the blades of the cutters 8, out of the reversely standing bristles, thick bristles are caught by the blade edges, and fine bristles are caught by the roots of the blades. A removing means 6 which is formed similarly with blades dislocated by a half pitch is arranged in the rear in the rotational direction, and when the cutters 8 are rotated, and the blade edges are engaged with the blade edges of the removing means 6, the blades of the cutters 8 are expanded to release the caught reversely standing bristles.
