Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe, clean, and disintegrator-free type spray delay device that can attain an accurate delay time stably irrespectively of a change in gas pressure due to a change in the temperature of use environment. SOLUTION: A spray delay device fitted to a spray can comprises a cylindrical nozzle body 1 provided with an injection port 12; a cylindrical body 2 comprising a lower part 2a provided with a gas reservoir 6 engaging with a nozzle stem T and an upper part 2b having an annular recess holding a piston; and a cylindrical control member 11 slidably fitted to the outer periphery of the cylindrical body. The cylindrical part covers an effluent port 5 and confines a gas passage 13 leading to the port along with the inside surface of the nozzle body. The gas is passed from the reservoir to a guide passage, is sent to a variable-volume pressure regulating chamber 17 through a push-down member 16 that performs flow rate regulation, escapes from the guide passage through a permeable fine regulator 15 to a spray control space 14, and lifts the member 11 to open the port 5.
