SOLUTION: The method for the preparation of a tea-containing meringue comprises a step to form a meringue mixture by mixing a 1st raw material containing a tea material and cyclodextrin with a 2nd raw material containing albumen, a step to obtain a foamed meringue mixture by beating the meringue mixture, and a step to obtain the objective tea-containing meringue by baking the foamed meringue mixture.
