Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electric field luminous element which can prevent generation of peel-off and cracks at an interface between a substrate and a functional part. SOLUTION: A tightly adhered layer 2 is formed on a hard coat layer 1A on of the substrate 1, and on this tightly adhered layer 2, a transparent electrode layer 3, the organic electric field luminous layer 4 and a metal-electrode layer 5 are laminated as the function part, and further a protective layer 6 is formed to constitute the organic electric field luminous element 10. The tightly adhering layer 2 is composed of silicon(Si), and the thickness is set to be not less than 1 nm and not more than 10 nm. Since the tightly adhering layer 2 is installed between the substrate 1 and the transparent electrode layer 3, and adhesiveness of the both at the interface is improved, and generation of peel-off and cracks at the interface is prevented. |
