Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building frame heat storage type air conditioner formed that switching of a heat storage operation mode and setting of a heat storage operation starting time are automatically effected and through proper control of an amount of heat stored at a building frame, the generation of a surplus air conditioning load can be prevented. SOLUTION: The air conditioner is provided with a control means 12 to automatically decide a heat storage operation mode at a heat storage time zone based on an air conditioning load at an air conditioning zone before the heat storage time zone.
