Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion of a crosslinked resin for textile finishing capable of producing an excellent textile product satisfying incompatible requirements such as softness and lack of tacky feeling, hydrophilicity and wet strength, etc., having excellent appearance such as the resistance to yellowing and essentially free from harmful substances such as alkylphenyl-type surfactant. SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion of a crosslinked resin for textile processing contains an acrylic copolymer having respectively specific glass transition point (Tg) and solubility parameter (SP value) and produced by the emulsion copolymerization of a specific monomer containing ethyl acrylate as a main component in the presence of a specific surfactant essentially free from alkylphenyl-type surfactant.
