METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AMINOALKYLSILANE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an aminoalkylsilane of the general formula (I): R1R2N-(CH2)y-Si(OR3)3-nR4n. SOLUTION: The reaction of an organosilane of the general formula (II): X-(CH2)y-Si(OR3)3-nR4n with ammonia or a nitrogen compound of the general formula (III): NHR1R2 is carried out as follows: in the first stage, the organosilane of the general formula II is made to react with an excess amount of ammonia or the organic amine of the general formula III in a liquid phase; in the second state, ammonia or the organic amine is evaporated under reduced pressure in the state where ammonium chloride or the amine hydrochloride is dissolved in the liquid phase; the product mixture from the second stage is transferred to the third stage which is operated at a lower pressure than the second stage, and ammonium chloride or the amine hydrochloride is allowed to precipitate; and subsequently, the ammonium chloride or the amine hydrochloride is removed from the crude product, and the crude product is subjected to an aftertreatment of distillation.
