Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting member for mounting a rotary cutter such as a diamond saw blade on a power tool, that is precisely integrated with each individual rotary cutter, and a rotary cutter mounted with the mounting member. SOLUTION: The mounting member for detachable threaded mounting on a rotary shaft of a power tool comprises an outer flange 1 functioning as a locknut in attachment to and detachment from the power tool, and a means for holding the rotary cutter 15 integrally fixed therebetween, wherein a jaw 14 of the inner flange is fitted in a fitting groove 7 cut in the outer flange 1.
