SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROPOSING OPERATION IMPROVEMENT, PROGRAM FOR BOILER, ETC., AND RECORDING MEDIUM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for proposing operation improvement program for boiler, etc., and recording medium thereof, in which reduction of environment-inhibiting components contained in an exhaust gas, and reduction of an operation cost for boilers, etc. can be expected. SOLUTION: This system comprises a measuring instrument 10 for measuring temperature, oxygen concentration of the exhaust gas and temperature of outside air, an input means 21 for inputting a fuel consumption amount, a storing means 29 for storing various data on fuel, an arithmetic means 23, and output means 27 and 30. The arithmetic means 23 obtains by simulation, at least one out of an air-ratio regulation effect, an air-preheating effect, a fuel conversion effect, and an exhaust-gas heat recovery effect based on a measurement result input by the measuring means 10, an input content input by the input means and data read out of the storing means 29. The output means 27 and 30 output a simulation result obtained by the arithmetic means 23, as a proposal for an operation improvement program.
