Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery power supply device highly reliable, which quickly and exactly detects deterioration generated in each battery without elaborating manual work by a maintenance worker and alarms it. SOLUTION: The voltage of each storage battery 12 of a battery pack A is detected. Voltage abnormality of each storage battery 12 is decided by comparing this detected voltage with a reference voltage. The impedance Ro of the battery pack A is detected, and deterioration or out of use of the battery pack A is decided by detecting the impedance Ro of the battery pack A and comparing this detected impedance to a set value, and this result of the decision is reported.
