Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing for a secondary battery with high battery characteristics, high charge/discharge cycle characteristics, and high safety by uniformalizing and homogenizing an interface between a positive electrode and an electrolyte, an interface between a negative electrode and the electrolyte, and an interface between a separator and the electrolyte, in the secondary battery comprising the positive electrode, the negative electrode, the separator, and the electrolyte. SOLUTION: The battery added with a surfactant is aged in such a condition that the charging electricity amount in the initial charge is in a range of 10-50% of the battery capacity and the temperature is in a range of 45-100 deg.C.
