PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idea information site which develops one ideal to practice by allowing other users to participate in the idea proposed in a Web page. SOLUTION: Member-side terminals 1 and an idea information managing server 2 which collects and manages information regarding various ideas and provides it in the Web page are connected by the Internet N and the idea information managing server 2 is equipped with a 1st means which receives various idea information from an arbitrary member-side terminal 1, a 2nd means which receives a vote for the received idea information from an arbitrary member-side terminal 1, a 3rd means which accepts an application for volunteer cooperation from an arbitrary member terminal 1 as to the accepted idea information, and a 4th means which accepts an application for fund cooperation from an arbitrary member-side terminal 1 as to the accepted idea information, and then sums up, rearranges, and lists those accepted contents in the Web page.
