METHOD AND DEVICE FOR IMAGE DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to optionally set the precision of an image displayed at a user's desire and its display speed and set the display speed corresponding to the style of operation of information equipment and the display capability for the image that the information equipment has when the images are displayed the display of the information equipment. SOLUTION: Vector data showing points for displaying images are stored while divided into a group 1 of vector data DP1, DP5, and DP9 indicating essential points P1, P5, and P9 needed to recognize a figure G, a group 2 of vector data DP3 and DP7 indicating 1st complementary points P3 and P7 for complementation among the points P1, P5, and P9, and a group 3 of vector data DP2, DP4, DP6, and DP8 indicating 2nd complementary points P2, P4, P6, and P8 for further complementation among the essential points P1, P5, and P9 and 1st complementary points P2, P4, P6, and P8; when an image is displayed, whether the image is displayed by the group 1 or displayed while the groups 2 and 3 are added.
