Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart expandability to a GPS receiver. SOLUTION: Serial terminals 41, 44 for inputting/outputting serial data are installed on a handy GPS receiver body 11-1. When the bodies 11-1, 11-2 are fitted together, the serial terminals 41, 44 are brought into contact with serial terminals 82, 81 of the body 11-2. A serial port 83, connected electrically to the serial terminal 82, 82, can convert the data received by an antenna of the body 11-1 into serial data, and can output the data to other electronic equipment via a serial cable 84. In addition, a USB port 25 can convert the data received by the antenna of the body 11-1 into data of USB specifications, and can output the data to a personal computer via a USB cable 53.
