Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locker arm and its manufacturing method capable of excellently rotating and reducing the number of parts for installment. SOLUTION: The locker arm 1 transmits drive force for opening/closing a valve 3 in an engine 6 and has an installation part 13 to be installed in a pivot 4 as a rotational center of the opening/closing. The installation part 13 is formed in a convex spherical surface state in the contact surface 131 to contact the pivot 4. Further, the installation part 13 has a recessed part 132 to collect lubricating oil 7 within and a penetrated hole 133 at the tip end.
