Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an inulin-containing preparation, capable of obtaining the inulin-containing preparation which is excellent in redissolution, stable, and easy to handle, and to provide a method for measuring inulin clearance, capable of accurately, simply and rapidly measuring the inulin clearance by using the preparation. SOLUTION: This method for producing the inulin-containing preparation comprises adding water to the inulin at room temperature then, if necessary, adding an agent for isotonization, and further gradually heating the mixture to dissolve the inulin until the temperature reaches 60-110 deg.C after 10 min or later. The method for measuring the inulin clearance comprises intravenously administering an injection prepared by using the inulin-containing preparation, then measuring the inulin in the sampled urine and/or blood by the use of inulase.
