Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that completely degrades excreta to a liquid fertilizer and supplies it to plants in the soil and that supplies the liquid fertilizer to proper ridges according to the plant growth. SOLUTION: The apparatus of the invention is so designed that a heat- insulated tank for the degradation of excreta is divided into multiple tanks by partitions, only the middle-layer liquid in each tank is sent to the following tank, microbes are added to the liquid in the tanks, and quality liquid fertilizer is obtained by anaerobic degradation, which is supplied to plants through the soil using a pump and a switching valve.
