PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for vehicles that can always make a quick switch-over to a desired blow-off mode by minimizing an unnecessary operation of a mode actuator. SOLUTION: In an air-conditioner for vehicles that a switch-over of a blow-off mode is controlled by a mode actuator 24 on the basis of a current blow-off mode and the revolution of a dial switch 38 to select a blow-off which is able to revolve both in the right and the left directions endlessly, if a blow-off mode moves from a state that corresponds to a blow-off mode which is either in the right end or the left end in the mode selection range by the dial switch 38, when the dial switch 38 rotates further in the right or left direction, it maintains a blow-off mode that can correspond to a blow-off mode which is in the right end or the left end until its revolutionary amount reaches a preset revolution amount. Meanwhile when the revolutionary amount reaches a preset revolution amount, it controls driving of a mode actuator 34 so that it can cope with a blow-off that can cope with the other end.
