Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a molded paper tray having a flat flange part whose high sealing property enables the manufacturing to be finished only in one operation. SOLUTION: In a tray molding process 10, a part of a laminated body 1 mainly consisting of a roll of paper is heated, and molded by a pressure forming method or a vacuum forming method into the molded paper trays 100 having the flange part 101. In a content storage process 20, a content is stored in the molded trays. In a tight sealing process 30, a cover 4 is put on the opening part of the molded paper trays and tightly sealed with the flange part of the molded paper trays. In a sheet cutting process 40, the molded paper trays having the flange part where the cover is tightly sealed are cut one by one. Each of these processes are characteristically carried out in this order.
