SOLUTION: A person who needs proof selects the desired conditions of proof items from a WEB page, and inputs the proof items. A proof mediating bureau sequentially presents the proof contents and conditions to the optimal prover according to the desired conditions of the proof items. The prover presents proof conditions according to the input contents of the person who needs proof based on his or her own proof conditions and proof items. The proof mediating bureau sequentially presents the proof content conditions from the prover to the person who needs proof, and when the person who needs proof givens his or her consent, proves the mediation between the people concerned in a real time.
