Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the rate of operation by a minimum number of processors for computation. SOLUTION: A plurality of reception signals are inputted to a transmission path switch 9a and allotted to computing blocks 11a and 11b for every period. The computing blocks 11a and 11b execute signal processing on the plurality of allotted reception signals, and a transmission path switch 9b outputs plurality of signal-processed reception signals for every reception signal. Processing load condition monitoring means 10a and 10b of the computing blocks 11a and 11b monitor the load conditions of the processors 4a-4c and 4d-4f for computation and controls the transmission path switches 9a and 9b, input controllers 2a and 2b, and output controllers 6a and 6b according to the load conditions.
