Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method of using a refrigerating cycle. SOLUTION: In this method of using the refrigerating cycle constituted of at least a compressor 40, a condenser 41, an expanding mechanism 42, and an evaporator 43 and using a chlorine-containing halocarbon refrigerant, at least part of the halocarbon refrigerant is replaced with another halocarbon refrigerant containing no chlorine. Preferably, used refrigerating machine oil is constituted of refrigerating machine oil using fatty ester oil having a critical temperature of >=40 deg.C, viscosities of 2-70 cSt at 40 deg.C and 1-9 cSt at 100 deg.C, and at least two ester linkages (-O-CO-) in its molecule as base oil. Consequently, a new refrigerating cycle can be realized by only exchanging at least either one of the refrigerant and refrigerating machine oil of the conventional refrigerating cycle.
