SOLUTION: The amorphous fine silica particle is manufactured by the flame hydrolysis of a silicon compound and has 0.1-0.7 μm average particle diameter (median diameter), 5-30 m2/g BET specific surface area, the dispersion coefficient (z) of =20 μC/m2 absolute value of triboelectric charge quantity to the BET specific surface area.
