Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery of high voltage and high energy density while preventing microscopic short-circuiting in the battery. SOLUTION: The method includes a process by which an electrode sheet comprising a current-collector strip with mix layers provided on both sides thereof is wound around an impregnating roller provided within a polymer impregnating vessel to impregnate the mix layers of the electrode sheet with a polymer solution. The polymer solution is caused to overflow from an outflow port provided in the impregnating vessel and is circulated into the polymer impregnating vessel after passing through a filter pump. |
