Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high accuracy measurement by contriving power supply to a measuring system from the point of power saving and turning power on/off at a timing matching the characteristics of the measuring system. SOLUTION: A timer means 18 delivers a signal for turn on power before a control means 15 delivers a measurement start signal to a power supply control means 17. Consequently, power saving operation is effected and since power is supplied previously to the measuring system even at the time of measurement and the measurement start signal can be delivered after the operation is settled, accurate measurement of flow rate can be ensured.
