Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the service life of a bearing, reduce a load thereon during rotation, and increase a rotating efficiency by preventing the entry of dust into the bearing. SOLUTION: This bearing comprises an inner ring 7a rotated together with a shaft 6, an outer ring 7b, balls 7c disposed between the inner ring 7a and the outer ring 7b, and seal plates 7f and 7g for covering the upper and lower openings of the inner ring 7a and the outer ring 7b. One seal plate 7f is brought into contact with the inner ring 7a, and the other seal plate 7g is brought into non-contact with the inner ring 7a.
