Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel construction method and tunnel which restricts the settlement of the leg portion of the tunnel. SOLUTION: By using a curved boring machine, a curved downward drilling 28-(n+1) is provided from a facing 25 to the natural ground 23 in non-drilled portion forward, and an injecting material is injected and a reinforcing work 29-(n+1) as a pile body is provided. Next, the natural ground 23 forward of the facing 25 is excavated by a distance L and a timbering work 27-(n+1) is provided at the upper portion of the reinforcing work 29-(n+1).
