Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a topcoating material composition which can form coating films having excellent weatherability, water resistance, chemical resistance, stain resistance, and mar resistance. SOLUTION: The topcoating material composition comprises, as the nonvolatile components, (a) 10-70 pts.mass curing agent component having a functional group capable reacting with hydroxyl group, (b) 30-90 pts.mass resin component having, in the molecule, two or more hydroxyl group-terminated chain atomic groups to be obtained by reacting a cyclic compound selected from an oxirane compound, a lactone compound, and an oxetane compound with hydroxyl group, and (c) 0.01-20 pts.mass compound having a hydrolyzable alkoxy or aryloxy group which is directly bonded to a silicon atom.
