Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing new adhesive spacers for a liquid crystal display panel using an impinging method in a high speed air stream, solving at a stroke such a trade-off problem as improving adhesive layer coverage, reducing uncoated spacers and reducing foreign matter due to thermoplastic resin powder. SOLUTION: This method for producing adhesive spacers for a liquid crystal display panel comprises obtaining the adhesive spacers where at least part of the surface of raw material particles to be the particle body is coated with an adhesive layer of a thermoplastic resin in a device using an impinging method in a high speed air stream, more specifically, being characterized by comprising a step (A) of making a coating treatment of the surface of the raw material particles with the thermoplastic resin in the above device, a step (B) of taking the raw material particles and the thermoplastic resin out of the device an a step (C) of making a coating treatment again by charging the device with the raw material particles and the thermoplastic resin. |
