SOLUTION: This plastic bag taking out device 1 comprises a top open box shape storage container 2 storing in a piled condition sheet shape plastic bags 8, a notch 2a-1 provided on one side face of the container 2 for taking out the bags, a first pressing part 3 for pressing the bags 8 from the above being provided able to move vertically and rotatively on the back of the notch 2a-1 of the container 2, and a second pressing part 5 for pressing the bags 8 from the above being provided able to move vertically and rotatively on the back of the pressing part 3.
