Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaging bag wherein time spent for packaging can be as short as possible. SOLUTION: The food packaging bag comprises a bottom face, lateral faces and holding faces. A developed form of the bag is such a form that two lateral faces are connected across the bottom face, and the respective holding faces are connected outside the lateral faces, respectively. A bag material in the developed form is folded in a valley fold to overlay the lateral faces on the bottom face from both sides. The holding faces are further folded thereon in a mountain fold. While the faces are overlaid, the bottom face and the lateral faces are side-sealed (pasted) at both ends of internal surfaces to form a bag body.
