Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow plastic working of parts in a machine tool or the like for cutting. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a punch 10 for plastic working of a parts material into specified shape; a hydraulic cylinder 6 for driving the punch 10; clamping claws 70a, 70b capable of gripping the material; and a floating means 40 for supporting the clamping claws 70a, 70b and the hydraulic cylinder 6 in an integrally movable manner. The clamping claws 70a, 80b are constituted to support the material with the force opposed to pressing force when pressing the punch 10 to the parts material. In the state of supporting the material by the clamping claws 70a, 70b, the punch 10 is pressed to the material to perform plastic working to the material, and the material is cut to form the parts.
