Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide garbage disposal equipment with which smooth draining is made possible by suppressing the adhesion and deposition of oil-components, water leakage is prevented by surely detecting a water level without being affected by the oil-components and reliability is high. SOLUTION: A drain port 41 is adapted to drain the water accumulating in the bottom of a case 4 when its level exceeds a prescribed water level. The inside of this case 4 is compartmentalized by a first partition plate 44 to a drain port 41 side and a de-watering screen 3 side. The bottom end of the first partition plate 44 is arranged to be submerged in the water and further, the bottom which is on the de-watering screen 3 side in the case 4 is provided with a second partition plate 45. The supernatant of the water on the de- watering screen 3 side is introduced into the first partition plate 44 side by flowing over the top end of the second partition plate 45 and the precipitate accumulating on the bottom on the de-watering screen 3 side is introduced together with the water through the through-holes 45a of the second partition plate 45 to the first partition plate 44 side.
