SOLUTION: Between the control part 5 and a lighting instrument switching part 6, a control signal storing and reproducing part 7 capable of storing the combination signals of turning on/off of light outputted by the part 5 in time series and capable of outputting the stored combination signals in order when a functional fault occurs in the part 5 is added. A signal lighting instrument 1 is given turning on/off control based on the combination signal outputted by this part 7 or the part 5. |
