Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle navigation device and a system therefor for obtaining a suitable place for meeting to enable one's own vehicle and the other vehicle to wait upon. SOLUTION: This navigation device comprises a present position detecting means 102 for detecting the present position of oneself, a communication means 108 for receiving present position information of the other person, an other person position storing means 103 for storing the present position information of the other person, a merging position calculating means 104 for calculating a merging position between both of oneself and the other person, on the basis of the present position information of the other person and present position information of oneself, and a presenting means 107 for presenting the location for meeting.
