Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal wear of an inner face in the vicinity of a connection part of a straight pipe connected with an outlet side and to enable the application to high temperature environment and a field of food. SOLUTION: A wear-resistant hard metallic layer 20 is formed by build up welding on at least an outer face of an outer peripheral side of a curved part of a base material bend pipe 10 using a weldable metal as a raw material and having a wall thickness of 15.1 mm or less. A holding layer 30 is formed by build up welding austenitic stainless steel or austenitic manganese steel containing chromium and nickel from a surface of the wear-resistant hardened metallic layer 20 to a surface of the base material bend pipe 10. The wear- resistant hardened metallic layer 20 melts into the vicinity of an inner face of the base material bend pipe 10 to suppress abrupt wear of the inner face. The holding layer 30 has excellent heat resistance and holds the wear-resistant hardened metallic layer 20 in the base material bend pipe 20 under high temperature environment to prevent leakage through a crack occurring in the hard metallic layer.
